Hello,
Instead of using a sub-folder, best to use a subdomain / domain (like local.crm or similar) and add it to your hosts file.
Then you can setup a standard VHost file for your Apache and wonβt have any redirect / mod_rewrite / .htaccess issues.
tqu but what is root cause for partcular laptop same credtionals not working my suitecrm7.2

Might be time for an upgrade?
What is different about this browser, compared to the other ones.
Could be so many details - unrelated to SuiteCRM.
Try different browsers, incognito mode, resetting the browser, removing the saved passwords etc.
And try asking an AI for more ideas here - this is very general and likely unrelated to SuiteCRM, if it is working on other browsers.
If the problem is with that one laptop. Its browser or company security software is blocking or changing the login request, which causes the error. Common causes include corrupted browser cookies/session data. Clearing the browser data, using private mode, or checking VPN/security settings usually fixes it.
