404 - Unable to connect to SugarCRM Error

Hello, I am a new user who try to connect our crm (sugarcrm 6.5.15) via outlook connector. I installed with no error and try to enter URL, username and password. I am entering the right information but error says that “404- unable to connect ro sugarcrm error”.
Please help;

  1. Do I have to install a plugin to my sugarcrm?
  2. Is this plugin only working with suitecrm?
  3. Am I using wrong version? (I am using version 8 - latest),

Have you tried removing the trailing ‘/’ from the URL?
