[12108][1][FATAL] ERROR: can't save file to upload://3c968b22-a578-2d13-979e-552652f03aac

Dear member,

This week I started testing the outlook plugin and it works perfectly except for attachments.
I am using Outlook 2010 and try to save an email with attachments.
The plain text is stored perfectly only the attachments can’t be opened.
When I look at the sugarcrm.log, I see the error blow:
[12108][1][FATAL] ERROR: can’t save file to upload://3c968b22-a578-2d13-979e-552652f03aac

Can anybody help me?

We are having the same problem. Anyone have ideas? Is it related to file size?

File permissions on the CRM.

Can you be a little more specific?

  • I have set the rights on the upload folder
  • I can upload attachments manually in the CRM

Is there a permission setting in the CRM?

Is there any news on this subject, can anyone help me?

+1 on this issue. Suddenly the system is no longer saving attachments when archiving emails.

same here. But I only started using it 2 months ago. attachments never worked for me.
