Wrong version number shown after upgrade from 7.9.15 to 7.9.16

I downloaded this 7.9.X to 7.9.16 upgrade for upgrading the existing 7.9.15 setup.

After going through the Upgrade Wizard, I notice the version number shown is still 7.9.15. Is the upgrade package correct?
