I have set up a few workflows to run each time a click in a mail is being triggered by a lead.
The workflow is supposed to assign the lead to a user + send an email.
Unfortunately it seems that through some leads the workflow is triggered & through some it does not ( while they both answer the workflow conditions)
If any of the moderators have insight about this, it is most welcomed

I’m not a moderator, but I’ve run into this kind of thing before. Just a possibility but check that one of your workflows isn’t “stuck” You can go into Admin, Schedules, and then Process workflow tasks. Check the job log. If one has been “processing” forever then something happened, it encountered an error, took too long, timed out, who knows. All job status should be “done” if not, you can go into Admin, repair, and Rebuild Schedulers. Basically, if you’ve changed any of the timings, etc in the schedulers, you’ll have to go back and fix once you do this. It will re-set the jobs and hoping if it doesn’t encounter the same error it will complete and continue to run.
Don’t worry it won’t re-send out everything that’s already been sent.
You can try that, it normally fixes most of these kinds of problems for me.
If you continue to run into errors. Check your error log. One of your workflows (you can find the ID by downloading the process audit) and you just either deactivate of fix the workflow that’s causing the problem.
