After upgrade 7.11.0 all workflow related with sending email stopped working.
All actions which are logic hooks which should send an email give user error 500.
Workflow are seen as in progress but nothing happens even after 48h.
Steps to Reproduce
Create workflow which action include send email option
Run it
For example
Send email if name of field changes.
I tested it on demo installation and problem occurs also in there.

Also when trying to browse IMAP folders which worked under 7,10 you are presented with a username and password error or a server closed the connection error.
