Workflow to Create a Project with Pre-Defined tasks

Hi,

I currently use a workflow to create a new project when an opportunity is marked with a certain status. I was wondering, if its possible to create this new project with some pre-defined tasks?

of course, in the action menu there is an option to Create Record
