workflow sends 11 emails for each status change

Hi

that is, I have done a workflow for the progress status of a file so that the agent concerned receives the change of position e-mail from the file he is following, but for each time he changes state he sends 11 emails to the agent, could you help me? ? Thanks in advance

Maybe you could tell us your SuiteCRM version, and a few more details from your Workflow (all the settings on top, conditions, etc).
