We upgrade from 7.14 to 7.15 everything went normal. But now we noticed that when we are trying to setup a new workflow, the Send Email (select action) won’t work. The Modify Record and Create Record work. See pic for some reason all of the Send Email fields won’t show?
Was working under 7.14, we did upgrade, have done Quick Repair several times but didn’t fix. We unloaded all optional modules and have done Quick Repair still not working.
Email settings seem to be setup correctly. Hope not a bug in 7.15
Looks like permissions on the upgrade, that the files may not have been updated, as there were changes to the action.
Can you revert and re-upgrade, ensuring permissions are correct, or would you need to fix your 7.1.5 instance?
Will, I don’t know how to revert and re-upgrade - I did the ultimate sin and did not do a backup. I am willing to do either to fix - I just wonder if there are other problems that I don’t know about yet.
I would suggest re-testing the upgrade if possible, ensuring permissions are set during the upgrade to allow files to be overwritten/updated.

Will, How do I do that - when I go to Upgrade Wizard it won’t allow me to move past Upload Upgrade Package, even when I delete 6.5.20 it just reuploads that but won’t move forward?
or it there another way to reinstall upgrade package?
Ah, that’s probably not the best way. If you don’t have a backup and can’t roll back or don’t have a clone of your 7.1.4 instance, the best way may be to take a copy(so you can test this) and then ensure permissions are set correctly. Take the workflow updated files from the upgrade package and copy them into your test instance. Run a Quick Repair & Rebuild and see how that goes.
If that doesn’t resolve your issues, you may need to start a fresh.
Tried copying full install files of 6.5.20 workflow files into directory and did Quick Repair but still no Send Email expansion like Create or Modify? Can it be another file or something else causing it?
odd on, its a permissions issue, whats you setup windows / linux?
Ended up doing fresh install and connecting to db. Everything seems to be working now.
