I have a workflow set up to put a description in a case when the user selects a “Quick Pick”. Quick Pick is a custom field. The workflow is working correctly, but I need the description to be in a certain format.

Assign any blank tasks to the appropriate regional coordinator.
If this is the last field I save when editing the workflow, the returns are there, and the case “looks” correct. However, if I go back into the workflow, edit something else, and press save, the returns are wiped out in the description field.
I’m left with this in the case.
