I have a mod that creates cases in suitecrm when a user submits a ticket to freshdesk, and then if a user updates their ticket in freshdesk that becomes a note in the case. I want to notify the case owner when a new note has been added to their case, but it always notifys the admin.Can you help me figure out a workflow that will notify the case owner when a new note has been added to their case?
What have you tried? Can’t you send an email to the Note’s assigned user?
Maybe you can try making sure the note is assigned to that same user - don’t confuse the Note’s owner to the Case’s owner.
