Workflow Process Audit - Permission Denied

In the Wofkflow Process Audit, if I click on the name of the workflow, I get an error message. There is nothing in the audit logs. Thoughts on how to fix this?

Is this still an issue in the 7.1.5 release?

Yes, I’m an admin user. I haven’t updated versions, yet.
