Workflow not working for Custom Module

Hello all
Help please workflow is not working for custom module . I already asked this question before . Have a look please.

I have a Module “Vendor” and field “Availability” when task is assign to that any vendor field “Availability” value should change to Busy and vice-versa . I know this looks very easy using workflow but unfortunately its not working. Help Please.

This task is completed i try using logic hooks and it works fine. Thank you.
