Workflow not sending email getting error

I have configured a simple workflow that when a new lead is created an email should to to that lead with an welcome msg. However, I get the following error

Wednesday 28 June 2023 09:13:41 PM [51309][1][FATAL] log call at: modules/EmailMan/tpls/config.tpl:473 - styleChecked is not set

I have tested my Gmail settings, and the test email goes perfectly. I have also tried to send emails directly via leads and that too works.

I have installed SuiteCRM on Ubuntu Server with XAMPP PHP 8.0

If you want some help on this one, you should specify which version of SuiteCRM you are on.

Also maybe a screen shot of the Workflow setup.

Also, are other workflows working, just not this one?

My Suitecrm version is 7.13.3, it’s a new setup just created this first workflow to test. Condition is if any new lead is generated an email will be in action.

Are you 100% sure your cron jobs are running without error and also the scheduler for the workflows are running without error?
