Do you mean the Status field? Which can be Planned, Held, Not Held
?
When you click the Close button on the Calls Dashlet, I think what it changes is simply to make the Status field become Held
.
Thanks for the reply, actually from the list view its “closed”/Set_complete" field… I get sms replies, if someone replies stop. I have the workflow detecting the description that contains “stop”, it auto tags them DNC on the contact module, and i want to select “close/set _complete” inorder for it not to display.
It seems to me you’re talking about custom things in your system. You can check one of the live demos of SuiteCRM to compare.
Anyway, it should be doing something in the existing fields, you just have to figure out what it’s doing. If you get access to the database you can have a look under the hood.
Try changing the Status field to Held and see what happens.
