I don’t see a direct way to add a link to the current record when building an email template for a workflow. Am I missing something?

$url will output the link to the record that the workflow fires on.

Can you point me to the documentation that has all of the short cuts?

Any documentation for workflow will be in the module user guide section of the SuiteCRM Wiki.

We’re in the process of writing brand new end to end user documentation for all areas of SuiteCRM, and will keep the community updated.

Thank you for the link. Sadly there is nothing on the Wiki about creating an Email Template.
