Workflow issue 7.10.3

I have a Lead workflow triggered on Any Change to the assigned user.
The problem is that as of 7.10.3, it is now triggering on any change to the record as a whole, even when the assigned user does not change.

Please help!

Do you see any errors in your logs?

php_errors.log

Have you tried unchecking “Repeated runs”?
