Workflow - Email Send - Email Variables not showing

Hello Guys

I have this working on a few systems and can’t for the life of me figure out why it’s not working for this one, ive looked on the forum but not located the same issue

Workflow set up
Module = Leads

Condition = Lead > Campaign = Web to Lead

Action = Send email to taufique.ahmed@green-inc.co.uk

Email template = New Web lead

Trigger happens and I receive my email but with no variables?

What is in the template

Date Created: $contact_date_entered

Name: $contact_name

Office Phone: $contact_phone_work

Mobile Phone: $contact_phone_mobile

Email address: $contact_email1

Products interested: $contact_products_interested_in_c

Comment: $contact_description

Web form completed: $contact_campaign_name

What I receive

Date Created:

Name:

Office Phone:

Mobile Phone:

Email address:

Products interested:

Comment:

Web form completed:

Everything is blank?
Has anyone

Your workflow is for Leads module and in your template you use contact …
Not this by chance

thanks for the reply I will give this a go
but when creating the email template in the variable

dropdown options states

“conact/lead/target” - Field options - insert variable - $contact_name etc
