Hi I am trying to setup a workflow to send an email on the close date of an opportunity. Unfortunately the workflow fires on opportunity creation and doesn’t on the close date.
I have attached a pic of the workflow I created. It’s pretty simple so I am not sure why it is firing on creation.

Looks like I have this sorted. I changed the VALUE to NOW -5 minutes and it now sends a reminder 5 minutes past the closed date.
I think that should be greater than or equal to date as you want it to fire on are as soon after the close date as possible rather than before it
That was what I thought as well but if I set it to greater than or equal it triggers right away. Less than or equal will trigger after the close date which is what I want.
It is backwards from how my brain was thinking.
