i’m quite new to SuiteCRM - so sorry for my ignorance.
I have to do a workflow where
- when i set a specific task completed “e.g. MAKE A WELCOME CALL”
- i need to change the status (dropdown select) from “NEW CLIENT”->to “CLIENT CONTACTED”.
I did the following scheme

Condition Task Status completed
-
Condition subject task specified
(ACTUALLY I DO NOT KNOW if there is an and condition…)
-
Action of change status to the new
but it’s not working
What i’m doing wrong?

Sorry that no one got back to you. I am new to this too but have successfully implemented similar workflows. what you have done so far looks like it should work. perhaps set it to allow reruns… happy to help further if you have targeted questions.
CRM might not have ‘paid for level of support’ but at the end of the day it is free and still pretty damn excellent so what can you do!
