I’ve been using SuiteCRM several months now and we have implemented some processes for customer service. We have system that’s creating customers in Contacts module through API in CRM. This system also creates tasks in Tasks module and links them to Contact module correctly. We have a need to assign tasks to the person who is assignee of the customer record. Can this be done via workflow module and if so could you help me in setting this up?
