My struggle with this amazing tool continues … I think it is a brilliant tool if you are a techie. For Someone like me… it is a daily challenge to make sense of it.
Workflow … what is it? Those rules … how do I come up with rules for a target that I have just met please…
It sounds straightforward from the initial reading … then you start writing stuff
Here is an example…
I talk to bankers say … So, I can have a target list… and every time I add a target, an action happens… please walk me through all the rules that I need to have in place…
Say I get the rules wrong …How do I know… I have got it wrong and that the target has been bombarded with messages…
Can you suggest videos I should watch please?
Can you tell the creators/developers … to make the software simple to use… Otherwise, you’ve got to ask yourselves if you are adding value…
I’ve had it installed … by a 3rd party … paid money. I have no idea … whether the guy set-up the crone job or not. No idea how to check the set-up. Has it been done properly?
Anyway, those rules please … how do I come up with them…please?

This tool is really amazing.
First, to better understand the tool, you can visit SuiteCRM in Workflow.
With regard to your example, you can check if the box where it signals recurring executions is checked, if it is clear, as this can cause continuous reading, so that multiple photos.
To verify that cron is working, the simplest way is to administer / schedulers and click on the workflow and check the runs.

No … … I spent $75 to get it installed. That was a red flag. It I can’t install it … chances are … I will not be able to use it. I am finding that now.
I have spent 3 plus hours this morning… watching videos etc and I am no further forward. The link you sent me … does not tell me what specific rules I need to have written.
Why in the God’s name do you create stuff with a huge learning curve?
I know … why people are charging for this software … It is not easy to use …

There is a learning curve because the software is great and very good.
