Hi
If i disable the workflow module as role to access, edit, etc., does this mean users listed on the security group will not access the module or will not let them benefit from assigned workflows?

Hi Ahmed,
I believe it will only block access to the module. If a work flow is present that affects a user it still should work as expected. That user will just not be able to enter the work flow module and/or edit the work flow
