Why can't I send emails with the email templates?

When I try to use the email template to send an email I get the following message: Apply an Email Template
This operation will override the email Body and Subject fields, do you want to continue?

When I click OK nothing happens, the message box stays on the screen.

How can I send emails with an email template?

I too am experiencing problems after clicking “Apply an Email Template” I originally thought it was an issue with Google Chrome, so I used Internet Explorer to send these messages, now it won’t even work with IE.

When sending an email, I choose a template to apply to a message, the prompt appears “Apply an Email Template” with the warning that it will overwrite the content, when I click OK, the button changes color, but just sits there as if it is trying to do something and never returns to the message to finish sending.

Help, I use the templates quite a bit to send targeted information to LEADS
