White screen after upgrade to 7.9.1

Hi Guys,

I have serious problem with my installaition of SuiteCRM, I’ve made version upgrade to 7.9.1 form 7.9.0 and after 3 days i got white screen and login page cannot load.

PHP Version 7.1.5

Only track i got is log showing me problem is i include/utils.php line 1687.

All the permisssion are set correctly, i have no idea what should i do.

can you put the error log here, and clear cache from the folder.

Hello

please check both suitecrm.log and php_errors.log

And tell us the exact, complete error messages, not just a part of the message.

About the permissions: exactly how did you do to set the permissions?
