Where I find the information of a new attribute that I added in the drop-down list editor

What do you mean by “information”? Do you want to know where this is stored?

It is not in the database, it is in PHP files under custom directory.

From the SuiteCRM root run this (if it is Linux):

grep -irn 'sysgo_grupos_list' custom
