Aside from labeling, what is the functional differences between cases and projects?
I should elaborate that on the Dashboard want to have a list of cases/projects. I see there is a dashlet for My Open Cases. However also on the dashboard Iād like to see my open tasks to but there is no dashlet for my open case tasks, just my open project tasks. This seems strange that there is no My Open Projects nor My Open Case Tasks.
