I want to remove suitecrm logo from dashboard(login panel)
and also want to put our company logo in the left top front

You can do that in Admin / System / User interface / Logo

Note that you might need to try several kinds of pictures, not all formats will work. When I say format, I don’t just mean “extension” (use jpg or png), but the actual format inside that (density, compression, etc).
