Problem: On all efforts to create a new user, I get error message “undefined”.
Situation: In Administration area, User Management, Create New User, I filled out the wizard correctly, observing the asterisk marked fields.
Ensure permissions are set correctly.
Ensure you have run a Quick Repair & Rebuild in Admin -> Repair and executed any changes.
Ensure the ‘RewriteBase’ in your .htaccess is pointing to your CRM directory.
