recently installed 8.3, set up and tested outgoing email. Moved on to setting up incoming Imap email Port 993, SSL authentication when selecting the inbound folder the popup is empty, the password is correct.
I have changed to port 143 without ssl and no luck. I have another CRM accessing via a cron job with no issue.
I ran a re-sync script I found in admin and recieved:
IMAP errors detected ( would be nice if the errors were given )
My hosting company uses Round Cube and the Imap inbox is populated.
