HI I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions as to why our SuiteCRM might be running so slow. On occasion it can take up to 30 seconds just to load an account, particularly if several users are logged on at once.
We have investigated our network and our servers and cannot find any issues here. We have a training instance of SuiteCRM set up in exactly the same way on the same server and this seems to be much faster. The only difference between this and our live instance is that our training system is on version 7.5.3 whilst our live instance is on Version 7.6.4.
Has anyone else found any issues with their speed after upgrading to this version? I am just trying to eliminate problems as it is starting to have an impact on our daily work.
