Version 7.4 RC issue with Email not working

PHP Version => 5.6.7-1
Apache 2.4.10
Description: Debian GNU/Linux 8.2 (jessie)
Release: 8.2
Codename: jessie

I have installed SuiteCrm 7.4RC and one issue i found is if i setup my email server exchange or gmail i never get the test email and in the error.log i see this

Thanks for the information! We’re currently looking into Suite 7.4rc issues at the moment that relate to this.
