Variables in CRM email not working


RE: Suite CRM version 7.11.13

It seems some people are having issues with this functioning correctly on their hosting platforms.

Can someone please confirm what the hell is going on with this feature, like many have said “A CRITICAL FEATURE OF A MODERN CRM”.

Is their a bug in the current stable version or is it on the users hosting platform?

We have tested and still not able to get emails with the user details instead we get variable code.

Anyone know how we can get functional or where to find the solution?
