Variable $prospect_first_name could not be parsed, because attribute first_name does not set in prospect bean

Hello guys,

I am running the following version of SuiteCRM:

Version 7.10.10
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

I have created several targets and added them to a test list. As you can see I set the ā€œFirst Nameā€ in my target description.

Besides that I have created an email template and I would like to use from my created target the attribute $prospect_first_name to display the First Name within my mail.

Furthermore, I have created a campaign and added a test list to execute it.

However, I get the following error within my suitecrm.log file:

I tried the following:

I executed ā€œQuick Repair and Rebuildā€, however I still get the same error.

Any suggestions what I am doing wrong?

Does your Target List have only that single test Target? Or could it be including another one, that actually has no first_name?

If you try sending Email to that Target, not inside a Campaign (just a single email using the template, related to that targetā€™s record), does it succeed?

I have only two targets within the list and both ā€œFirst Namesā€ are set.

Do you have any other idea why it is not working?

PS.: Can I book you as consultant? I would appreciate it, as I am really struggeling with my first campaigneā€¦

Did you try my second suggestion, the direct email using the template?

Has a workaround or solution been provided?

I think this is solved in 7.10.12 (and 7.11.0), but I am not 100% sure.

Anyway I advise waiting for the next releases which could come out today or tomorrow, and re-testing.
