Using WorkFlow to Generate Alerts

Is it possible in workflow to do the following:

Scenario One:

  1. Generate an Invoice based upon an absolute date/time criteria.
  2. Generate an Email alert to me that it available for my review.
    a) Upon review of this invoice, I’ll then revise and manually send.

Note: Assuming I’ve setup the proper cronjob entry.

Hi Scott,

You cannot generate a PDF invoice using workflow. You can generate an invoice with fields, but not one that has a PDF template applied to it and has been generated.
