Users unable to login for wrong userid or password, while entered correct ones. Admin login working fine

Hi All,

Please I need help i installed SuiteCRM Version 7.11-RC2 and can only log inn if are using admin login which was created during the installation when I add additional user I can not login get error: You must specify a valid username and password. also if are using google chrome I get additional red error: You have been logged out because your session has expired.

I read this forum but cant find solution.

I have tried to install different Suite CRM version and it is the same

I even copied User Data database from an old Sugar CRM system and again its the same cant login using their passwords.

Please help me I don’t know what to do. CRM system is installed on my Synology NAS Drive

Did you install any custom theme, or any add-on? There are cases of these (like the SuitePImproved theme) causing login errors.

Also, don’t use RC2 version, use the latest, 7.11.3.

Finally, check if your PHP session.save_path directory exists and is writeable.
