Users other than Administrator can not access a custom module that I imported from another suitecrm instance

I am using suitecrm 7.12.5 and imported a custom module that I created in another instance of suitecrm.
Module seems to be imported correctly and I can see it both in the module loader and studio, but users can not access it.
When I try to modify the regular user role to allow access to the custom module, it does not appear in the list of modules and therefore I can not grant access.
Any suggestions?

You can do:
Admin → Repair → Repair Roles
The module will then appear in the list.
