Users can't see contacts, leads etc. with acess

Hello community,

after updating the System, non-admin users cannot see the contacs, leads etc…
They all have access to the modules in role-Management. If a user creates a contact, it is created but not visible for all non-admin users.

Please help me :slight_smile:

Sounds like a known issue:

Try this fix out in the file stated and see if it resolves your issue.

if I fix that, I’m unable to download PDFs and I get a blank screen :huh:

That sounds like a different issue possibly. Do you have access to your error logs on your server e.h. suitecrm.log and your PHP logs.

Is there any errors in those files around the time you do that action ‘download pdfs’?
