I am trying to backup the database, but where could I find the username and password for phpMyAdmin?

This would have been set when you installed, and will be in the phpmyadmin configuration files. I’d suggest you go on their website to find support/documentation and not on the SuiteCRM forums.

Glad to see you, Will! Thank you, but after I login to phpMyAdmin, I could not find the database named sugarCRM…

I found it after login with username “root” instead of “admin”
