User fields on mail not showing on template

Hi, I have a problem with an email template, where I include the client’s data (accounts) and also include the data of the user who is attending to it (users). I am sending this email from the accounts module to the client, when the mail arrives the customer data if it is shown but the user data stays with the name of the insert variable for example:

$ contact_user_first_name $ contact_user_last_name
$ contact_user_email1

Is there any other way to include them, what would be wrong?
