I am trying to add a hyperlink to the CRM in another system but have noticed that the URL are have a numeric sequence based on the Apha position of the account. ie ABC corp’s hyperlink ends in a 1 Zycron ends in a 26. Does the URL change when new accounts are inserted into the list?
Can you please share the link you are using? There can be more than one way to do this. Where did you get the link from?
I am guessing that that number is from a list view, it’s probably better to aim for a Record view.
Something like this with a direct record id should work fine (but the user needs to be logged in previously):

Actually upon closer look at the URL they are unique so the number at the end is irrelevant. Thanks for the quick reply though I appreciate it.
