URL fields clicable ?

Hi,

I"m trying to make some fields clicable.

i have an IP Adress in a field and i would like user to be able to clic on it so its open in a new window as https://[IP]

i tried in “free text fiels” or with a “URL Plugin” Field but it does’nt work
