URGENT! Can't Access Administration Panel At All

Hi All,

If you look at the screenshot 1 provided. I no longer have the option to view the user section on the top right nor the quick create, and thus, i cannot access the administration module. If you look at screenshot 2, you can see what happens when i manually type the address for the administration module.

Please help, it’s urgent

I managed to get access to the administration module by using this link
index.php?module=Administration&action=index

Will a repair fix my issue?
