Uploading documents into Client files

Help,

I can’t seem to be able to upload documents into the client (organization) record? How do I get their files into the record?

Hi, if by “organization record” you mean Account, then Documents should be relatable to Accounts, yes. Check that you haven’t disabled that subpanel in Admin settings or in Studio.

Or try going into the Documents module, adding one, and specifying the Account in the “Related to” box.
