After upgrading to 7.11.3 from 7.9.x following the recommended upgrade path, the module builder doesn’t show anything except ‘assets’, and the quick create menu is showing it’s various links but none of them have link text. Tried a ‘quick repair’ and it didn’t solve the issue.

Also the permissions within the CRM config file?
