Upgrade notification

Is there a way to be automatically notified, either via a setting within the SuiteCRM application or by registering on the SuiteCRM website or …? when an upgrade is availalble for the version of SuiteCRM I am running?

For example, I am running SuiteCRM 7.10.11 and when I went to the SuiteCRM site today, I discovered that there have been 2 upgrades to that version and there is now a SuiteCRM 7.10.14.

Rather than me constantly going back to the website to see if there has been an upgrade, is there a way for me to be notified (email, SuiteCRM notice after I login, …) that an upgrade is available?

These forums let you subscribe to a notification on an entire sub-forum (not just a thread). So if you subscribe to the Announcements Forum, you get just that. You might get a few additional notifications but they are very rare and should probably interest you any way.
