Upgrade from 7.7.4 to 7.7.5

When attempting to upgraded from .4 to .5 using the upgrade wizard I get the following error. Any ideas? Thanks!

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@****.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

This is the last entry in the upgrade wizard log:

if possible check your php error log this will give a clear indication what the issue is,

but also if you can provide details on what you are running SuiteCRM on e.g OS, Php Version etc

I am running Version 7.7.4 Sugar Version 6.5.24 (Build 509) on a GODADDY Linux hosting with cPanel.
Database server
Server: Localhost via UNIX socket
Server type: MySQL
Server version: 5.5.49-cll-lve - MySQL Community Server (GPL)
Protocol version: 10

I am also getting this error sporadically… Internal Server Error

I m also trying to upgrade from 7.5.3 to 7.7.5 and stucked at following in upgradewizard, then it says database error on screen:
