When updating from version 10.4 to 10.5 all the relationships of the custom modules with the suitecrm source modules have been broken.
In addition, the module creator does not work anymore.
Try some options from Admin / Repair

QR & R, scroll to the bottom and press “sync vardefs” button if there is one there

rebuild relationships

anything javascript related
Then if the problem persists check your logs for errors:
- upgradeWizard.log
- php_errors.log
- suitecrm.log
