Upgrad 7.5.1 RGraph is not defined

I did the upgrade from version 7.4.3 to version 7.5.1 and graphics in dashlets crashed.

Error js in browser: Uncaught ReferenceError: RGraph is not defined

Perform a Quick Repair & Rebuild and also a Rebuild JS Groupings in Admin -> Repair.
