Update to 7.11.2: total crash

I would say yes as the update process might have changed the composer.json file and thus the requirements.

In all honesty up to yesterday I have never touched the composer update because it said “if you changed composer.json then run composer update” which I never did.

I understand the composer stuff is needed when the files were copied from the GitHub. I’m not sure if that’s right…

all files in the folder of lib/SuiteCRM/Utility are gone.
copy the 3 files manually from the suitecrm upgrade zip file into the folder lib\SuiteCRM\Utility to the webserver.

Worked for me.
However the question remains what else has not been properly installed or deleted alltogether???

just had the same problem - after update from 7.10.16 to .20
Solved by copying the files from the upgrade.zip into /ultility.
